How To Set Goal To Get Rid Of Anger In 5 Easy Steps
Almost all projects or goals of any size or importance require several steps over a period of time to complete. Anything at all complicated requires preparation, know-how and perseverance through several steps during a period of time. Setting out to set goal to get rid of anger is not any exception. Choosing to set goal to get rid of anger is not any different. Here is how to set goal to get rid of anger in 5 simple steps.
Step 1. Stop! Pause for a moment and cool off.. This is important because when something occurs that makes you really angry, step back, go into another room, be silent, take control of your feelings.. If you ever skip or ignore this, you will get carried away by your feelings.
Step 2. Look and listen. This can be a very important step. It demands concentration along with your full attention. It might be best for those who could do it in this way: Read the situation quickly. Try to determine what is really happening. How are you reacting? What is really causing the problem? Why this will be significant is you will be able to see the whole picture.
Step 3. Think. Form a plan. The reason behind this is to evaluate the problem: Does a problem exist? Whose problem is it? Likewise, you want to be the judge of your reactions.
Step 4. Act. Just to clarify and explain that a lttle bit, you need to carry out your decision to life. There is no other way.
Step 5. Repeat this sequence every time your anger occurs. One more suggestion, do this a dozen times and solving your anger attacks will become a habit.
Finally, if you have followed the above mentioned tips closely, you will succeed and may then enjoy the fruits of your success! You could be a little bit pleased with yourself and self-satisfied! You set your goal and today you have attained it! You “climbed the Mountain”! Now take advantage of the view from the top!
If you failed to stick to the 5 step tips above, shame on you! You must have decided that to how to set goal to get rid of anger just was not worth it to you personally!

Number 1 is the big one to me. You always have to stop and think before reacting. If you don”t it are going to end up with more anger.
